How to Unlock Sightline Survey
This weapon can be obtained by participating in the Episode: Echoes Activities and collecting Pale Heart Engrams. Turn the engrams to the War Table to get a chance of obtaining the Sightline Survey
PvE God Roll for Sightline Survey
- Barrel: Extended Barrel/ Smallbore
- Magazine: Flared Magwell/ Accurised Rounds
- Trait 1: Desperate Measures/ Strategist
- Trait 2: Fragile Focus/ Volt Shot
- Origin Trait: Radiolaria Transposer
- Mod: Backup Mag/ Counterbalance Stock
Smallbore seems to give the Sightline Survey more stability, range, and damage falloff. But you can also use the Extended Barrel for added recoil but reduced handling. If you are going for Smallbore, then equipping Counterbalance Stock will help get you that recoil. Or else switch to Backup Mag for added magazine slots
Strategist and Volt Shot are great together. Volt Shots add a jolt on its next hit when the criteria is met, while strategist helps generate class ability energy and also provide stability. Or you can switch Volt Shot with Fragile Focus for extra range. If you have a stable enough gun, then just go for Desperate Measures for added damage boost
PvP God Roll for Sightline Survey
- Barrel: Corkscrew Rifling/ Arrowhead Brake
- Magazine: Tactical Mag/ Accurised Rounds
- Trait 1: Keep Away/ Triple Tap
- Trait 2: Kill Clip/ Volt Shot
- Origin Trait: Radiolaria Transposer
- Mod: Backup Mag/ Counterbalance Stock
Arrowhead Brake offers better recoil and increased handling. Corkscrew Rifling is better for increased stability, handling speed, and range. If you are going for Arrowhead Brake, then use Tactical Mag as it will take care of the rest of the attributes. Or else go for Accurised Rounds if you prefer to have more range. Radiolaria Transposer will turn targets into Radiolaria fluids once killed.
Keep Away and Kill Clip is a great combo for increased damage, reload, range, and accuracy. Or use Volt Shot and Triple Tap together for the ultimate combo. Volt Shot can overcharge your weapon and produce volt damage, while Triple Tap returns a round to the magazine once conditions are met.
