To get Shape Stabilizers, it depends on chance. You need to clear the various zone missions and hope that you get it as a random drop. Outposts or Zone Recon Missions and Special Operations missions are the more popular ones to play, but the drop chance of Shape Stabilizers is only 0.4% in Outposts and 8% in Special Operations. While it is quite low, this is the only way to farm Shape Stabilizers in the game
To use Shape Stabilizers, while using the Reconstructed Device after the Void Intercept battle, equip the Shape Stabilizer on the item that you would like to own more.
