To get the See No Evil headgear, you need to find and defeat Blindfolded Monks. These monks appear all across Chapter 3’s The New West, right after the New Thunderclap Temple > Temple Entrance shrine. If you explore the temple, you will notice that there are monks that appear blindfolded. Find and defeat these particular monks to get the headgear. This is a random drop chance, so you might have to defeat this enemy type a bunch of times to obtain it
Luckily, Blindfolded Monks do respawn, so you can just rest at the nearest shrine and they will reappear. So if you don’t get this item the first time, you can keep trying until you do. Once you equip the See No Evil headgear, you can trigger Perfect Dodge more easily. This gear offers 25 defense and is an Epic rarity item
