The fruit appears like a pear and is hard to miss as the bush is loaded with it when you first come across it. Here is how you can get the Ripened Quince Dragon’s Dogma 2.

Once you have the Quince in your inventory, you need to wait three days for the fruit to ripen and become the Ripened Quince. You any of the benches in the city to doze off and pass the three days quickly. Once the three days have passed, you can check the inventory to get the Ripened Quinc. If you have the Short-Sighted Ambition quest active, the objective will update to “Bring Isaac ripened quince.”
