Navigate to the Dalizapa Passage and just opposite the Pokemon Center, players can find a huge cave entrance. As you enter, climb the giant rock left side, and just below that rock, there is another small entrance that will take you to another cave. Proceed through the cave, and you’ll eventually see a bright yellow Pokeball on your left side. It’s located on the top of a massive rock. Fly to the top of the rock and get the Pokeball to acquire Power Gem TM. Alternatively, you can go to the South Province (Area Three), East Province (Area Thre), and Area Zero to get Power Gem TM.

These items must be found from respective Pokemon, and once you get all these items, go to any Pokemon Center and interact with the TM Machine on the green side of the center to craft the move.
