To get the Pinebrew drink, you first need to unlock Zodiac Village. This is a secret area that you can unlock after completing Chen Loong’s questline. You can find Chen Loong on Chapter 3’s Bitter Lake > North Shore of the Bitter Lake. This NPC first appears as a boss, so you need to defeat Chen Loong to start his questline. At the end of the questline you can unlock Zodiac Village, where you can find several NPCs like Yin Tiger blacksmith and Chen Loong himself.
Within the village you can also find a vendor called Shen Monkey. You would have encountered Shen Monkey as early as Chapter 1 at Marsh of White Mist in Bamboo Grove. During the initial meeting he wouldn’t have a lot in stock, and would just offer to upgrade your Gourd and Drinks. But here in Zodiac Village, he has more in stock and you can explore his store to purchase Drinks and Soaks. He has only limited items, but over here you can find and purchase the Pinebrew epic drink. It will cost 6000 Will to purchase this item from the store
