There are two versions of the Mental Focus Module, depending on what sort of weapon rounds you are going for. You can get your hands on the General Rounds affix and Special Rounds affix. Both of them spawn in different locations under different missions. For the General Round version, complete missions around Sterile Lands (Normal). While Special Rounds can be found across Vespers (Normal). If you wish to find both at the same time, then head over to Hagios (Normal) and complete the missions there

While you can try all the missions and have a 1.5% to 2% drop rate, there are some missions which offer a higher drop rate. Completing Ruins Modification Base and Ransacked Village in Hagios (Hard) can offer a 5% drop rate. The former mission is great for farming Special Rounds, while the latter is best for General Rounds. Special Rounds can also be obtained from Swamp Walker Void Intercept boss fight
