To get Jolan and Anna spirit ash, you have to first complete Count Ymir’s questline. Towards the end of the quest, you will spot Jolan lying half dead behind one of the pillars in Ymir’s throne room. Talk to him and hand over the Iris of Grace to collect the Swordhand of Night weapon. Next, you need to locate Anna’s puppet body, which you can find in Rabbath’s Rise. First, head over to Hinterland to gain access to Scaduview.
Make your way southeast to reach Shaman Village, then make your way further southeast leaning more to the east till you reach the edge of the cliffside. You will spot a stone path leading you downwards. Follow this path. Carefully thread your way downwards till you find the rooftops of Rabbaths Rise. Jump onto the platform sticking out from the roof and enter the passage to find Anna’s body. Examine it and then you can unlock Jolan and Anna’s spirit ash
