How to get the Iron Shards in Smalland: Survive the Wilds?

Many materials in Smalland: Survive the Wilds can be obtained by defeating the insects. There are also some materials which players need to mine and Iron Shards are one of them. Players need to use different tools for different items in the world. 

So in order to get the Iron Shards, players need to follow these steps: 

  1. Players need to first find the Black Hornet Boss. 
  2. Players can then defeat the Black Hornet boss
  3. After defeating and collecting the boss Black Hornet Boss, players will then see the many iron scraps behind the area. 
  4. Players then need to use the Flint Pickaxe to hit the Iron scraps to convert them into Iron Shards. 

NOTE: Players will find many cockroaches near the iron scraps, they are harmless but if players hit them by mistake or intentionally, they will kill you. 

If players dont have the Flint Pickaxe, they need to make it because without it they can’t farm Iron Scraps. But making the Flint Pickaxe is somewhat easier so here are the materials required to craft it: 

  1. 5x Refined Wood 
  2. 5x Fiber 
  3. 5x Resin 
  4. 10x Flint
