To find the Goji Shoots, make your way to Webbed Hollow > Upper Hollow in Chapter 4’s Webbed Hollow region. From the shrine, make a 180 turn and go up the stairs on your left. Keep to your right and jump up the stone platforms to reach the stairs that are located further up. Enter the hut straight ahead after you reach the top of the staircase. Inside the hut is a golden turtle statue, and if you investigate it you can claim Goji Shoots.
You can equip the soak on your Gourd and increase the duration of your Ring of Fire spell. If you use this spell often, then you will require this soak. Since it is easy to find, you can change your Gourd’s supply at any Keeper’s Shrine or even upgrade your Gourd or Drink to utilize it better
