Before getting the 1987 Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500, you have to activate the Barn Find rumour for this car. To do so, collect the Green Stamp that appears while you explore the Discover Japan challenges. By completing this challenge, the Barn Find rumour will be activated, and the location of the car will be marked on the map; hence, you will be able to go and find the car.
The Barn Find of the 1987 Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 is located in the southern part of the Ito region and is available when you reach the Tourist level unlocking requirement. For this purpose, move toward the southern edge of the searching zone, close to the road junction in the area of South Ito. The barn can easily be found at the top of the wooded hill located south of the junction; you can even see it right from the road while driving.
