The most common method of collecting feces is by harvesting it from animals. By now, you should have some basic mounts like the Alpaca. If you have them in their shed then you can collect their droppings and use them to craft fertilizers. But the process of collecting animal feces can be quite tiresome since it will take a while to get it. Another method you can try and collect a lot of feces is by harvesting it from humans
For this, you need to first build an Outhouse. This crafting recipe can be unlocked under Medium Building in Dawn of the New Tribe, under the Knowledge and Technology tree. The outhouse falls under furniture, and you will require 10x Hardwood Planks, 5x Ceramic Mold, and 39x Thatch to craft it. Place the outhouse near your main structure and use it. Your Tribesmen will also use it from time to time, and that way you can collect feces quickly
