You might need to explore some of the mid to late game areas to farm electronic parts. To get this item, you have to either get it as a drop from enemies or by looting it off of crates. The best place to find electronic parts is in the Mirage Monolith danger zone in Iron River (6438, -2786). Defeat all the agents here to get electronic parts as a drop.
