To get the Axial Conduit amongst other exclusive items, you need to head into the new game mode added to Season 5. The new endgame mode called Infernal Hordes offers various new drops, which includes the Axial Conduit. You can unlock this game mode in World Tier 3’s Seasonal and Eternal Realms after clearing The Eyes of the Enemy in Nightmare. Once you clear the quest, you will get the Infernal Compass, which is used to unlock the Infernal Hordes event
During the event, all you have to do here is clear the waves of enemies, collect Burning Aether, and use it in the Spoils of Hell. There is a random chance of obtaining this item by either participating in Spoils of Greater Equipment or Spoils of Equipment. Another way to farm for Axial Conduit is to hunt down Grigoire in Hall of Penitent, World Tier 4. The drop rate for the Axial Conduit is random, so you have to farm this boss several times. And finally, there is a random chance of getting it by completing World Events in World Tiers 3 or 4. Kill enemies and unlock chests to find the Axial Conduit
