You need to first collect the other materials to craft Bunny, such as the Bunny Enhanced Cells, Bunny Spiral Catalyst, and the Bunny Stabilizer. You can collect these items from the main missions and by completing the storyline. Once you have all of the above three items, you will get notified on obtaining the final part, which is the Amorphous Material Pattern: Bunny. This notification will appear while completing the mission called Target Spotted. Complete the mission and collect the Amorphous Material.
You need to unlock the material to obtain Bunny Code. For this, you need to have the Void Intercept boss battle event unlocked. Head into it and fight the Grave Walker void boss. At the end of the fight, you will find a Reconstructed Device that will help you open Amorphous Materials. Interact with it and select the Amorphous Material that contains Bunny Code. If you pick the wrong one, you might have to redo this particular boss fight and repeat the above steps. Now that you have Bunny Code, you can unlock Bunny as your Descendant
