To get this camo, you need to participate in the limited time CoD Endowment: True Legends event. This is a 5 day event that ran from November 17 to November 24. You can find the event notification when you log into the main menu of the game. For the event challenge, you need to gather 213,200 XP. There are several ways you can gather XP, and you can quickly accumulate them by just playing matches. You need to gain XP for your ranks and not your weapons to qualify. If you have already reached the max XP level, you can still grind for it to get the rewards from the event.
The best way to earn XP is to equip XP boosters and go for larger maps. Maps with high enemy count can help you gather enough XP in a short amount of time. Kill Confirmed and Hardcore Kill Confirmed are modes that you can get into. Each time you cross the ranking requirement during the event, you can unlock one reward.
