There are four Broken Witch Hearts in Chapter 3 of the game which you can use to increase the health of your angel-hunting witch. You will be able to find the locations for each of these parts below.

First Broken Witch Heart Location
After completing Verse 3, you will need to make your way to the left to find a tall building with some Orb plants on the roof. There is red blinking light here which you need to approach and trigger a minion to appear. You will need to attack it, after which you will be able to get the first Broken Witch Heart for this chapter.
Second Broken Witch Heart Location
In the same area before you go to the main gate, you can look to your left and find a chest. On approaching it, it will turn into an enemy. You will just need to defeat your opponent, after collecting which you will get the next Broken Witch Heart.
Third Broken Witch Heart Location
For the third Broken Witch Heart, you will need to complete a trial which is found to the right of the main gate. You will need to survive the strong wind that will push you back and try to make you lose. You can turn into the Butterfly this time and move in the opposite direction. When you are going to get hit, you can enter Witch Time to reposition yourself. After you have survived the trial. You will be able to get your third Broken Witch Heart on the exit.
Fourth Broken Witch Heart Location
You will need to complete Verse 5 for the last heart of this chapter. Exit the area through the main gate and turn left where you will find wreckage and a chest. Destroy the chest ande collect the fourth Broken Witch Heart, which will enable you to obtain a full Witch Heart.
