Star Wars Jedi Survivor has lots of upgrades and perks that can give players passive bonuses. However, they are not unlocked from the beginning of the game. As you start playing the game at an early stage, you will encounter the Alignment Control Center with several computer-like systems. It is located across the bridge from Rambler’s Reach outpost. Initially, these machines have nothing to do with the game, as you can do nothing with them. Most of these machines are red, and you can’t change them. However, as you progress and complete High Republic Chambers, check the machines, and you will see they eventually turn green. There’s no specific order to complete them, but you can change the color simply by completing the High Republic Chambers.
Completing all the High Republic Chambers will unlock the Map Upgrades. Now, get back to the Alignment Control Center and interact with the machine next to the fast travel point to get the Map Upgrades named Upgrades. Once done, all the Map Upgrades are marked on your map with star icons, and you can go to anyone close to your location and complete the quest to get the Upgrade.
