To locate Mysterio, head over to Doomstadt which is nestled between Rebel’s Boost and Doom’s Courtyard. This is one of the newer locations added to the latest update, so you won’t have a hard time trying to find it. Now, Mysterio is a roaming NPC, so you have to walk all around Doomstadt to find him. Once you do spot him, he won’t immediately attack unless provoked, so you can either go up to him or shoot him to start the fight. Any good weapon will work against this boss fight, so gather enough ammo and healing supplies before you get here.

It is best to take this fight to an open area rather than indoors, as this will give you better leverage to atack Mysterio efficiently. Mysterio has two forms of attack, where he can either teleport or create clones of himself. The clones can be easily identified as they have smaller health bars than the boss. Focus on killing the boss while keeping the clones at arms length, as once Mysterio is dead the clones will disappear. It won’t take too long to beat Mysterio, as this fight is not as tough as Doombot. So you can quickly eliminate him within a few minutes of constant shooting, or you can bring a friend if things get hard
