Conduction Metallic Foils can be found while unlocking Encrypted Storage Boxes or Encrypted Storage Vaults. You need to collect Code Analyzers and use them to unlock the vaults. Different vaults will require different types of code analyzers, so gather as many as you can and make your way to Vespers. Once you are here, there are two locations in Timberfall that have Encrypted Vaults that will contain Conductive Metallic Foil
You can find them near the Timberfall Outposts and near the Temporary Safe Zone in this area. You need to explore the area to find small holographic objects on the floor. That means that the Encrypted Vault is nearby. Explore the area to find it using the help of the noise frequency that appears. Then use the Code Analyser to start a mini game before unlocking it. Play the mini game and pass it to unlock the vault and get Conductive Metallic Foil
