To exit dragon form, you have to do the same thing as you would with any other transformation. You have to get killed and die for the transformation to wear off, hence reverting your character back to their usual self. This is the only way you can remove dragon form, but you cannot use the Priestess Heart to transform back. Transforming to dragon form is a one time thing, so if you don’t wish to use this form yet, you best hold on to the Priestess Heart till you are ready
If you haven’t used the Priestess Heart yet, you first need to undress yourself and then consume the heart to unlock dragon form. Sometimes you cannot use the item while in Realm of Shadow, so you might have to travel back to Land Between and then consume the heart. This also works if you have located the Rock Heart near the Jagged Peak Mountainside Site of Grace
