Quaxly can evolve into Quaxwell and then into Quaquaval. The standard ability of the Pokemon is Torrent. The first form isn’t very powerful, but you will be able to use the moves effectively from the next evolution onwards.
Quaxwell
At level 16, you will be able to evolve Quaxly into Quaxwell. This happens automatically and you do not need any Evolution Stones. If you can increase your friendship level with Quaxly, you can even boost the EXP that it earns from battles. Some of the moves that you can use for this Water Type Pokemon are Low Sweep, Aqua Cutter, and Aqua Jet.
Quaquaval
At level 36, Quaxwell will automatically evolve into Quaquaval. It will gain another Type which is Fighting, so you will be able to use it as a Dual Type Pokemon. With a base attack of 120, this is quite the drastic transformation. Some moves that you can use for Quaquaval are Liquidation and Close Combat.
