With each new update in MW3 Zombies, you will encounter new enemies to beat and new challenges to overcome. The Megabomb, or the Mega Abomination, are elite zombies you will encounter within the high threat zones of Urzikstan. There are a handful of locations where you will encounter these beasts, and once you do you need to take them down. But tackling them is not as easy as it looks. Megabomb Fight Preparation
You need to prepare yourself with the right equipment and perks before you can hunt down the Megabomb. Your first order of business is to upgrade your weapons to Legendary as well as increase the Pack-a-Punch to level 3. Ammo Mods are also an integral item to own, such as the Napalm Burn Ammo Mod. With this mod, you can quickly burn through the Megabomb’s health. You would also need something for defense, such as 3-Plate Armor Vests. Head over to the nearest medium-threat buy station to purchase Armor Plates and the Armor Vests. Also, if you have the time, do try and invest in the Juggernaut at high-threat Buy Stations
Next, you would also need perks. You can check out which perks you would need by visiting the Der Wunderfizz machine found within the high threat zones. You can also craft them if you have the schematics, or get them for free through the Mister Perks Easter eggs. Whichever method you prefer, you should go for perks that will increase your stamina, strength, and health.
How to Defeat Megabomb
Since this is an elite level zombie, you would need the help of your squad for this one. Once the Megabomb spawns, there will be several zombies that spawn around it. If you are lucky to encounter the Megabomb somewhere between Tier 3 and Tier 2, then try to lure the Megabomb towards Tier 2. That way, the zombies that spawn around it will have lesser strength than the ones in Tier 3. Next, you need to find its weak spot, which is its mouth. When it starts to glow, it is preparing to throw a laser beam at you. Quickly shoot at its mouth or toss a grenade to cancel it and deal damage. Use the Juggernaut to deal plenty of damage here and quickly bring it down
