It can get tricky to get to them, but you can always revisit the spawn site to find them again. Penacony Warp Trotter Location #1
You can spot a Warp Trotter around Dream’s Edge Rooftop Garden. If you have located the Lordly Trashcan called Dreamweaver’s Bucket, then you can turn right from the trashcan’s location to find the Warp Trotter
Penacony Warp Trotter Location #2

Penacony Warp Trotter Location #3
There are two Warp Trotters located in The Reverie (Dreamscape) F1. Head over to the location above and you might find one of them running around. Chase it and defeat it to get the rewards
Penacony Warp Trotter Location #4
The second Warp Trotter is again in The Reverie (Dreamscape) F1. Take the elevator to the next floor. As soon as you exit the elevator, you can check behind it to find the last Warp Trotter
