Before you get started, you need to unlock and own the Mammoth Avenger. This is the newest military plane you can get to start missions. You can purchase the Avenger from the Warstock Cache and Carry website for $3,450,000 – $4,787,500. You can visit the website through your in-game mobile phone and make the purchase.
Now that you have the Avenger in your hangar, you need to purchase the Operations Terminal upgrade. Talk to Charlie in the Hangar and purchase the upgrade for $750,000 – $1,250,000. You can even purchase this upgrade via the Warstock Cache and Carry site
Once you are all set, visit the Avenger and interact with the newly installed Operations Terminal inside. You will get the option to select Project Overthrow, after which you can select any of the missions and start it. There are 6 missions you can pick up during the game.
