The process of unlocking the cop car is fairly simple, but is a bit complicated. To get the cop car, you need to complete one of the new missions in GTA Online Chop Shop update. For this, you need to own the Salvage Yard first and become the CEO, then log into the computer to find your missions. Select the one where you have to hijack the Grotti Turismo Omaggio. When you select that vehicle, your first objective is to complete a mission called Scope Out: Mission Row Police Station. We have an entire guide covering how to complete this mission in GTA Online.
Once you are done, visit the Warstock Cache & Carry website through your in-game phone. Browse through the options till you stumble across the Stanier LE Cruiser vehicle. It will set you back $3,517,500 to $4,690,000.
