If you are doing the Little Bird Down mission, you are required to find a downed helicopter and then, the second task which is to find the downed operators. The task is quite simple and we are given a hint to go south of the Gas Station. So, once you locate the Gas Station, the mission is almost complete, you just need to head South and then to the nearby structure where you will find the rest of the crew. How to Complete Gray Zone Warfare Little Bird Down Task
The exact coordinate for the mission does not matter as it differs depending on the Faction you choose. For the Mithras Security Systems, the exact coordinates are (199, 158). The most effective way to find the crash site is to locate the Gas Station and head South from there. You can see the location of the crash site in the below map.

Once you have found the crash site, there is a way leading into the trees, simply follow the path a bit and you will be able to spot a structure. Go into the house and there are two dead bodies, go close to them both and the task will be complete.
