During the evacuation when everyone was running from the Sawmill, a man named Malo Kethavongsa got lost and his mother wanted him found. In the “When A Tree Falls” task, you are required to find the body of this individual who was crushed by a log as everyone was evacuating. While this mission is quite simple, the Sawmill has a lot of AIs and it can be pretty challenging. Here is how to complete the When A Tree Falls Task.
Gray Zone Warfare (GZW) When A Tree Falls Task Guide
As this location has a lot of AIs spread throughout the Sawmill, the best way to approach the body is to come up from the back. Do not enter the Sawmill from the front, which is from the direction of the road. If you approach from the back as shown in the below image, it’s possible that you may not encounter any AIs at all, but do come prepared for a fight if you are solo.
Once you are at the location, look around a bit and you will find a body crushed by wood. Go close to the body and you will have the option to verify the identity. Once you do so, the task will be completed.
