Glint of Light is one of the small but important quests of the Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred story. Glint of Light involves you travelling back to Athulua Garrison, where you have the Edge of Lilith’s Blade at the bottom of Foundering Caverns. Even though there is no fighting in this part of the story, it is very important in moving the story of the Lord of Hatred forward. Completing Glint of Light will reward you with experience, gold, and unlock the next quest, Faith and Failings.
Glint of Light Quest
Glint of Light is one of the main story quests in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred. The Glint of Light quest occurs in the Sunken Depths, which is located within the Foundering Caverns region of Skovos. It is not necessary to find the Glint of Light quest by yourself since it starts automatically after completing the Breaking the Storm quest.
After completing the Breaking the Storm quest, you need to defeat the Behemoth of Atanos and get the Edge of Lilith’s Blade. Once you pick up this important item, the Glint of Light quest will begin and your journey through the story will continue deeper into Skovos.
After you get the Edge of Lilith’s Blade, go back to Athulua Garrison and head to the location pointed out by the quest indicator on your minimap. Talk to Tyrael, show him the sword, and proceed with the quest. Once Tharra has talked to her troops, speak to Lorath to finish the quest of Glint of Light.
Finishing this quest rewards you with 11,760 XP and 2,130 Gold. As soon as the quest ends, the next main story quest, Faith and Failings, will begin automatically so you can continue the Lord of Hatred campaign.
