Genshin Impact 3.6 introduces a new area in the Desert of Sumeru, the second part of Nahida’s story quest, and various new quests, puzzles, and challenges. One of the main quests is Khvarena of Good and Evil, which requires players to play a melody on the Kory Drums near a Giant Tree using the Notes. How to perform the notes on the Kory Drums?
In order to perform the notes, players first need to find all 5 drums, which they can do by simply following the quest. After finding all the drums, players then need to head back to the Giant Tree located in the Hills of Barsom. Then place the drums to perform the correct score. With each drum, players will also be given a note of what note they need to play on each drum.
Players can check the note by selecting the “Check Drum Score” on each Kory Drum which will show an image of a tree and 4 symbols on the bottom.
Here is the list to show what each of the symbols means:
NOTE: there are only 3 different symbols but players need to perform 4 different scores on each drum.
- The half-empty symbols mean players need to go normal attack on the drum
- The Full Symbol means players need to do a Plunge attack on the drum
- The barely filled symbol means players need to do nothing and wait for the next score.
NOTE: Players need to do this calmly because if they hit the drums too quickly they will fail the task.
All the drums will have 4 symbols/Score, and players need to hit or don’t hit the drums. Players also need to follow the symbols from left to right. The golden aura around the Drum indicates that one score is performed so if players dont need to hit the drum, they have to wait for the golden aura to show and then perform the next score.
