Three new elemental reactions will be released during Genshin Impact 3.0 version, and while one of them was already introduced earlier, it will be amplified and pronounced in the latest version. There are eight new reactions being added under Dendro, and there are Bloom, Catalyze, Hyperbloom, Burgeon, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, and Burning. Players would be familiar with the Burn reaction, but what about the other seven? In this guide, we will see more about all Dendro elemental reactions in Genshin Impact 3.0.

The below elements are created when Dendro and another element work together to bring a new reaction. We will see all of them in more detail here.
Burning
This reaction happens when Dendro is combined with Pyro. While Burning is not a new concept in Genshin Impact, it gets further amplified while using Dendro. You can check out the reaction if you hit Dendro Slimes in Sumeru with Pyro attacks.
Bloom
This is a fairly new reaction, where Dendro meets Hydro. You will know if your enemy is Blooming by watching a flower bud visual appear from them. Furthermore, if you apply any other element to the Bloomed enemy, you can create more lethal attacks, which can vary from zapping enemies or causing AoE explosions. Below are all the sub-groups under Bloom and the combination to trigger it.
- Hyperbloom – Bloom + Electro
- Burgeon – Bloom + Pyro
Catalyze
As for Catalyze, you can achieve this reaction by mixing Dendro and Electro elements. There isn’t much known about this very new reaction, other than the fact that it creates extra energy particles each time this reaction is triggered, causing electrocution.
Quicken
This works as a debuff rather than cause damage, and using this will trigger the reactions for Aggravate and Spread. You can start this by using Electro and Dendro together, and this is the first stage of the chain reaction. You don’t need to reapply the combination again to use Aggravate and Spread. But if you use Hydro or Pyro after this, the effect will be lost. Below are the combinations to start to Aggravate and Spread.
- Aggravate – Quicken + Electro
- Spread – Quicken + Dendro
