Abrupt disconnect from the game has been the most common bug users are encountering with Hyper Scape. When you encounter the error, restart the Uplay client and relaunch the game. For a lot of users, a simple restart of the system or the game fixes the problem. Hence, that’s the first thing you must try when you encounter the error.
Run Uplay and BattlEye with admin permission. If the problem persists, you should provide admin privileges to the game and the anti-cheat. This fix is particularly useful for users who encounter several blocked .DLL files on the BattlEye launcher. To provide admin permission to the program – right-click on the desktop shortcut or the .exe file > select Properties > go to Compatibility tab > check Run this program as an administrator.
Disable third-party applications conflicting with BattlEye. Sometimes third-party software can conflict with BattlEye. Hence, terminate all unnecessary applications. Here are the steps:
- Press Windows Key + R and type msconfig, hit Enter
- In General tab, uncheck Load startup items
- Go to the Services tab
- Check Hide all Microsoft services
- Now, click Disable all
- Click on Apply and OK.
Add exclusion for Uplay and Hyper Scape on Firewall. Finally, the problem can also occur if the firewall or antivirus software is blocking functions of Uplay and Hyper Scape. Hence, provide exclusion on the software. For steps, comment below.
