On Xbox, go to Settings > TV and Display > Set resolution to 1080 > Click on Advanced options > Video Modes > Uncheck Allow 4K and HDR 10. Restart Console once done. If using an external HD, try shifting all games to console storage and removing the hard drive
- Change profiles: You can try creating a new profile and then download and run the game on that. You can also try to re-login to your profile after removing it
- Delete local save: To do this, go to My Games and Apps on your Xbox settings. Go to See All > Games > Select game title > Press menu button on controller > Manage Game and Add Ons > Saved Data. Delete the saved data and restart the console. After that, re-sync all saved games to the cloud.
