Almost every survival game has bosses which players need to defeat to progress in the story or to get the necessary drop for better equipment. Smalland: Survive the Wilds also have bosses which players need to defeat in order to progress in the game. Each Boss also drops a unique armour set and a few other materials. Every Boss in Smalland: Survive the Wilds
There are a total of 6 bosses in the games at the time of release. Each of the bosses can be found in the open world and players can simply go to them directly or after talking to certain NPCs.
NOTE: these are not in the order of the encounter but in terms of HP (Lower to higher)
1. Wasp Queen (400 HP)
This is a kind of sub-boss and players can find the boss in the location shown below. The wasp queen does poison damage with some of its attacks. Healing potions are somewhat necessary but if players have Bee Wing Armor (Regal Armor) they can somewhat resist poison damage. Players can use the bow as the boss flies.
2. Rhino Beetle (550 HP)
For players to go to this boss, they first need to talk to NPC called Skadi. Then you can see the boss’s location on the map. After reaching and starting the boss fight, players need to be aware of its Charge attacks as it does some good piercing damage. Players can use primal armor set against this boss.
3. Matriarch Spider (650 HP)
Players can get the location of this boss after talking to the NPC called Tuhala. Before getting to the boss and starting the fight, players should change to melee weapons like sword or hammer as it is resistant to piercing damage. After defeating the boss, players can get many materials. Players can bring one of the best armor sets in the game “the healing set” against this boss. (healing set requires quite a lot of grind to get)
4. Albino Spider (650 HP)
Players can find this boss at the location shown below. This boss has the same resistance as the matriarch spider but this boss has many new attack patterns and is also more aggressive. Using a Flint sword or hammer is recommended against the boss as it is resistant to piercing damage.
5. Black Hornet (700 HP)
For players to see the locations of the boss, they need to find and talk to the NPC called Nok. this boss does 3 types of damage – edge, pierce and poison so players need to bring some good healing potions and resistance armor. The healer set is good against this boss.
6. King Stab Beetle (1050 HP)
The beefiest boss of the game as of right now and probably the most difficult one. The boss has very big pincers which provide it with a very big aoe so players need to bring healing potions and their best armor sets. This is the final boss of the main story as well. Just like other beetles, it is resistant to piercing damage so players should use swords and hammers.
