If you encounter more Elixir Wells throughout your journey, you might encounter Fell Thunderbrutes. Though they are not guaranteed spawns, the first one you do encounter during the first quest will be when you go to the Elixir Well. They can also respawn if you revisit the place after logging out and going back into the game. They have a high chance of dropping heavy two-handed axes, so they are worth finding and defeating. When you first encounter the Fell Thunderbrute, they will attack you with a large polearm like weapon. Below are some ways you can defeat the Fell Thunderbrute
