Like most materials, you can farm them by hunting down certain enemies. For Sinister Fang, you need to find and kill Garms. Veteran players of the Dragon’s Dogma series would be familiar with this beast, and they have made a comeback in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
To find Garms, there are a few locations you can explore. As you make your way to the Agamen Volcanic Islands, there is a Forgotten Riftstone along the path. From there, travel southwest. Somewhere close to the location marked on the map above is a Garm hiding away.
Another location you can check is Battahl, southwest of Bakbattahl. There is a Tomb of Ja Nuwa there, and if you make your way west you can find a Garm sleeping within the mountains.
You can also find Garms inside Wyrmsblood Forest, inside the Sal’Battahl Cavern. They are very easy to find in the overworld and you can collect several Sinister Fangs to complete the enhancement process of your weapons.
