Dragon’s Dogma 2 continues your adventure with new vocations in the latest installment of the game. You can now own the Sorcerer and the Warrior, but unlocking them both is a long journey. When you first land in Melve, the starting point of the game, you will encounter Gregor to start the In Dragon’s Wake quest. This quest will take you to the first region of Dragon’s Dogma 2, which is Vernworth. Accompany Gregor without killing him, it is best to take the Ox Cart to avoid dangers. Once you reach the main town, the first quest will end. Head over to the Vernworth Vocation Guild and speak to the leader. The second quest called Vocation Frustration will start. You need to find the Archistaff and Greatsword weapons for this. Make this quest as your priority and follow the quest markers to Trevo Mine. It is best to take an advanced Pawn that has Quest Knowledge to make things easier.
The mine will be filled with goblins and other enemies, so be prepared to take them on. Keep exploring the cave till you come to the location marked above. It is somewhat towards the end of the cave, and you will encounter a locked door. In that room, you will find a chest containing the Greatsword. From that location, enter the little crevice on the left wall, continue forward till you reach a bridge, and drop down from the bridge. Once you reach the bottom, follow the path till you reach another narrow passage. Go through it to find another chest with the Archistaff. Head back to the main area and exit the cave. Hand over the weapons to the guild leader to unlock the Sorcerer and Warrior Vocations.
