Unfortunately, you cannot carry over your progress from the demo to the final game. Any progress you made in the main storyline will remain in the demo version, and you have to start a fresh chapter in the final game. But you can carry over any monster collected from the demo to the final game. To do that, hop into the demo version of DQM The Dark Prince and capture any and all monsters available. Save your progress, then download and run the full version of the game. You will get a popup in the main menu asking if you want to transfer your demo progress. Accept it and start the game.
There are still a few more steps you need to complete before you can find all your monsters. After you get into the game, complete the tutorials till you get the option to travel to Rosehill. Once you reach Rosehill post tutorial, find Monty and talk to him to get access to the Monster Depot. Over here, you will find all the monsters collected from the demo here. You can select the ones you wish to keep and use in battle later on.
