Distortions is one of the latest quests that you can pursue in Destiny 2. In this quest, the Guardians move around various locations in pursuit of valuable loot. Some of the things players will have to do include participating in events, breaking the distortions, and finding Strange Signals in order to get the loot. Although parts of the Distortions quest may be a bit confusing, the whole quest is simple. This guide will tell you to complete the Distortions quest and claim your rewards.
Distortions Quest in Destiny 2
In order to start the Distortions quest on Destiny 2, you need to start with the Tenets questline. Eventually, you will find Lodi, who is at Lodi and after unlocking him from the Tenets quest, talk to him at the Tower Bazaar to get the mission.
Following this, check your map for an available objective that has the presence of Distortions. Head there and participate in the public event. After completing the public event, do not go out of the area yet because you will have to complete the Distortion Breach mission.
The distorted areas seem to rotate between different planets and zones, so your Strange Signal could lead somewhere completely different depending on where you completed the quest. As usual with the quest, following the waypoint takes you along a simple trail until reaching the final area.
From here, make sure you find the DLC activity waypoint, which is located near the waypoint. By doing this, you can ensure you go to the right place. In the area, you will need to defeat a mini-boss and then retrieve the treasure from the chest he guards. Upon completing this objective, you will earn some rewards. The quest will disappear once completed, but apparently, you can redo the entire process.
