To unlock the Sepulcher of the Forsworn, you have to first reach level 45 and beat the Stronghold: Altar of Ruins in Kehjistan. You have to beat the High Priest guards protecting the stronghold, then head inside and defeat the final boss. It is a tough fight, but not impossible. The higher your level and better your skills are, the easier it gets to clear the stronghold. Once you are done, you can head inside Altar of Ruins and activate the area
Sepulcher of the Forsworn Walkthrough
Head north to enter the Sepulcher of the Forsworn. Like most dungeons, you need to clear some objectives to get to the dungeon boss. Your tasks include collecting Animus from Animus Carriers, which is marked on the mini map as skull icons. Defeat the enemies and collect the animus drops. Keep heading north till you find the door to the next area and get the next objective.
You now will be tasked with destroying the Demonic Corruption Structures found in the Theater of Carnage. Go down the hallway and you will reach the location. To beat the structure, just keep an eye out on the red glowing areas on the floor and avoid them, then get as close as you can to them and beat them. There are three such structures to find within the Theater of Carnage, just explore all the corners to get to them. Each time you defeat a structure, an Elite will spawn. Take care of it to advance to the final area
Once you clear this objective, head back to the starting location of the dungeon and the blocked area will now be open, giving you access to the Seething Hivemaster boss. Your only tip here is to stay as close to the boss and keep landing attacks. It will start spawning minions and bullets to get rid of you, but as long as you stay close enough, you don’t have to worry much about it. Eventually the boss will be dead and you have now cleared the dungeon to get your much awaited loot, the Hulking Aspect
