The Hellborn Carapace Mount cosmetic is only available as a pre-order bonus. To claim it, you need to purchase Diablo 4’s Ultimate or Digital Deluxe editions. The digital edition costs 90$, while the Ultimate edition costs 100$. You can purchase either of these editions from the Blizzard store to unlock the Hellborn Carapace mount skin.
If you purchased the standard edition, you can still upgrade it to a Digital or Ultimate copy. To do this, visit the in-game store and upgrade your current edition to either of the above two. You will automatically unlock all bonus rewards, including the Hellborn Carapace mount skin.
To equip the mount skin, visit Oskar the Stable Master and use the stable function to add the skin to your mount. You can find Oskar in fractured peaks, and from here you can use the updated skin on your mount.
