There is only one way to acquire unique weapons in Diablo 4. You need to unlock Nightmare and Torment World Tiers and fight in the dungeons to get them as drops. These drops are random, so the more often you participate in them, the better your chances are of getting the Greatsword of the Crone. World Tier 3 and World Tier 4 are unlocked upon completing the Cathedral of Light Capstone Dungeon World Tier 2.

Besides Nightmare and Torment Dungeons, you can also complete World Events like World Bosses or Gathering Legions. Hunting higher level enemies and unlocking chests will also increase your chance of getting the Greatstaff of the Crone.

The Greatstaff of the Crone is useful for the Storm Wolf Druid build, as its unique skill turns Claw into a Storm Skill. You can also cast Storm Strike, which causes 120 – 150% normal damage. Earthen Bulwark Druid builds can also benefit from this staff to some extent.
