Dehya has been one of the hottest anticipated characters in Genshin Impact Sumeru since Version 3.0 where she was introduced to us through the Sumeru Archon Quest. Her strong character and personality assured players that she was slated to be a main DPS but the recent leaks about her kit have changed the mood and her constellations are one of the reasons to blame for that. Below we’ll take a look at her leaked constellations in Version 3.5 of Genshin Impact.
Dehya’s Constellations in Genshin Impact 3.5
Dehya’s kit and constellations portray her as a quick swap DPS and players expect her to have excellent synergy with Dendro- especially in Burgeon comps because nothing in her kit yet buffs the Burning reaction. Her constellations have gone through a history of nerfs and here’s where they stand now.
C1. The Flame Incandescent
Dehya’s Max HP is increased by 15%, and she deals bonus DMG based on her Max HP when using the following attacks:
- Molten Inferno’s DMG (E) will be increased by 5.2% of her Max HP.
- The Lioness’s Bite’s DMG (Q) will be increased by 8.4% of her Max HP.
C2. The Sand-Blades Glittering
When Dehya uses Molten Inferno: Ranging Flame, the duration of the recreated Fiery Sanctum field will be increased by 6s.
Additionally, when a Fiery Sanctum exists on the field, DMG dealt by its next coordinated attack will be increased by 25% when the active character(s) within the Fiery Sanctum field is attacked.
C3. A Rage Swift as Fire
Increases the Level of The Lioness’s Bite (Q) by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15.
C4. An Oath Abiding
When Flame-Mane’s Fist and Incineration Drive attacks unleashed during The Lioness’s Bite hit opponents, they will restore 1.5 Energy for Dehya and 2.5% of her Max HP. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s.
C5. The Alpha Unleashed
Increases the Level of Molten Inferno (E) by 3. The maximum upgrade level is 15.
C6. The Burning Claws Cleaving
The CRIT Rate of The Lioness’s Bite is increased by 10%.
Additionally, after a Flame Mane’s Fist attack hits an opponent and deals CRIT Hits during a single use of Blazing Lioness, it will cause the CRIT DMG of The Lioness’s Bite to increase by 15% for the rest of Blazing Lioness’s duration and extend that duration by 0.5s. This effect can trigger every 0.2s. The duration can be extended for a maximum of 2s, and CRIT DMG can be increased by a maximum of 60% this way.
Overall Thoughts
Dehya’s kit and constellations have already caused a lot of controversies- and not the good kind. Nothing is looking good for her and for good reason. Earlier leaks used to say she’s a tanky, HP or DEF-scaling DPS and while she does have HP-scaling in her base kit, it does not contribute to her damage like Hu Tao’s kit. But that isn’t to say it’s absent entirely as her C1 does convert some of her HP into damage but for a lot of players, this makes it even worse because they’ll need to spend expensive primogems to pull for that C1.
While Whales or moderate spenders can easily afford this C1, it still seems like a selfish design on the developers’ part to have this part of her kit locked behind a constellation. We thus do not recommend pulling for constellations unless you really want that DPS increase or you just really really like Dehya as a character due to her personality and looks which we understand.
