To heal in Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, you need to find an item called Red Sugar. This mineral resembles a mid-sized glowing red rock that can be found randomly. If you break this rock, your dwarf will automatically consume it and restore any lost health. If their health is full, then Red Sugar will be available in the same spot for you to pick up at a later time. Each piece of Red Sugar will restore 15 health. If upgraded, the Red Sugar item will extend your health by +2
Besides this consumable, you can also increase your max HP by upgrading your stats. Once you level up, you can unlock several upgrades to your class. You can also spend gold to restore 50% of your health when you are in a pinch
