Debtor Quest in Escape from Tarkov is about visiting two different locations on the Streets of Tarkov map. First, you need to go to the Pinewood Hotel and find the Debtor there. Second, you have to find the Private Prison Warden apartment in Chek 15. For this quest, you need two keys which are Chek 15 Apartment Key and the Iron Gate Key. In this guide, we will show you where to find both locations and how to finish the quest.
Debtor Task Guide
After taking up the quest offered by Skier, you will be able to get the Chek 15 Apartment Key as one of your starting items. Make sure that you take up the quest via your messages before raiding. You will also require an Iron Gate Key.
This key is obtainable from Scav pockets, bags, jackets, and drawers. In case you do not have one while raiding, you can purchase it from the Flea Market once you have reached the needed level. You can also receive an Iron Gate Key as starting equipment when accepting Skier’s House Arrest quest.
Find the Debtor
Visit the Pinewood Hotel on the streets. The location of the Debtor is situated on the second floor in Room 206. Approach the hotel and move past the reception desk. There will be stairs located to your left. Take the stairs to the second floor and keep moving down the corridor to arrive at another one.
Move past the bench and check for some boxes to your left in the corridor. Room 206 will be the first door to your left after the boxes. In the room, there will be a dead Scav lying on the ground next to the bed with a crowbar sticking out from his back. This is the Debtor. Move near the corpse to complete the first quest objective.
Find the Private Prison Warden
Your next target will lead you to Chek 15. As you arrive at Chek 15, locate the minibus which would be present outside. Move onto the wooden pallet and jump into the hole in the wall. Walk through the door in front of you and take the left turn. Move ahead along the hallway till you reach the small staircase which would be present on your left side.
Jump through the hole in the wall and keep moving through the holes. At last, you will reach the kitchen area. Now, from there, move to the right side and walk through the door. Next, take another immediate right turn to reach the double doors. The doors will take you to the staircase. Move to the third floor through the staircase, as the second-floor part is blocked.
Reaching the Second Floor
On reaching the third floor, go to the double doors. You will find multiple iron gates there. Take a left and go all the way to the final iron gate located on the left, which is Door 5. Door 5 is never closed; therefore, open it and jump into the hole from where you can get down to the second-floor area. After landing, take a left and continue moving along the corridor. There will be rubble in front of you, which will require you to run and crawl under it.
After passing the rubble, move all the way to the end of the corridor. You will find two locked doors at the end, one on the left and one on the right. Use the Chek 15 Apartment Key to unlock it and enter. Walk forward until you reach the living room after passing the bed. Once you enter the correct area, the objective for finding the Private Prison Warden’s apartment will be completed.
Now that both objectives have been completed and you have managed to extract from the raid, head back to Skier. Your last objective would be to give the Iron Gate Key to him. This would finish the mission and give you the following rewards:

- Intelligence Center Lvl 1 – 1,050 Euros
- Intelligence Center Lvl 2 – 1,150 Euros
