Diablo 4 offers plenty of activities around the world of Sanctuary. There are several quests you can pick up and several enemies you can defeat in the game. Some dungeons hold valuable treasures as well, and one of the dungeons you will encounter is the Crusaders’ Cathedral. This dungeon can be found in Kehjistan’s Caldeum area. The coordinates to get here are X: 4544 and Y: 14334. But you cannot enter it unless you complete the campaign story in Kehjistan, after which you can visit the dungeon and explore. There are several objectives you need to clear inside to get the final reward. Below are all the objectives for the Crusaders Cathedral in Diablo 4
- Collect the Pristine Key: The Pristine Key can be obtained from the Small Coffer inside the dungeon. You can find it when you check the map during your exploration
- Open the Memorial Gate: Using the Pristine Key, head over to the end of the dungeon to unlock the Memorial Gate and gain access to the next area.
- Travel to the Crusader Catacombs: Make your way down to the Crusader Catacombs to progress through the quests
- Slay three Blasphemists: There are three mini-bosses scattered around the Catacombs. Find them and defeat them to unlock the next area
- Go to the Awakened Crusader’s Chamber: This is the final area of the dungeon that will be unlocked after defeating the three Blasphemists
- Defeat the Tomb Lord: The final boss of the dungeon is the Tomb Lord. Defeat it to get the reward.
How to Defeat the Tomb Lord in Diablo 4
The Tomb Lord is a common boss found across different dungeons. This is a level 25 boss, so if your character is of a higher level, you can quickly defeat it. The Tomb Lord will summon minions to help it using its Bone Call ability, and if it does you should eliminate all the archer minions first. After that, you can either go for the melee minions or ignore them to put some hits on the boss.
The boss will also surround itself using Bone Walls, and while these don’t do damage, they can entrap you or make it difficult to reach the boss. You can break it down using attacks. Halfway through the fight, the Tomb Lord will smash the walls, causing them to detonate and cause damage. Get away when you see this happening.
Lastly, the Tomb Lord will summon ghostly tornadoes. If you see an orb being summoned, keep an eye on where it lands so you can avoid it. The only tip here is to stay as close to the boss as possible and land as many attacks as possible. Get rid of the archer minions when they spawn, and then deal with the melee minions later. Also, do stock up on health potions and elixirs to increase damage output. If the fight is too difficult, you can always level up your character, then attempt the Crusaders Cathedral dungeon in Diablo 4 again.
