The penultimate mission of Crime Scene Cleaner is Modern Art. You’ll be required to clean off a massive museum with corpses and bloodstains everywhere. You’ve got to be highly attentive and grab every single piece of evidence available in this mission.
However, it can be somewhat meticulous and challenging to find all the collectables for this mission. You’ll have to solve some puzzles to unlock a few collectables. There are some secrets spread across the museum, and a few cassette tapes you must collect.
Cassettes in Modern Art Museum in Crime Scene Cleaner
This mission is one of the most difficult ones in Crime Scene Cleaner. Being the penultimate mission, the Modern Art Museum doesn’t disappoint with the challenging objectives and secrets you’ll uncover throughout the gameplay.
Cassette Tape 1
There are several TVs in the North Exhibition. If you interact with them, you can change the colour they are displaying. You need to solve this puzzle, so stand near the entrance of the room and stare at the ceiling. There will be a mirror, reflecting the correct colour combination.
After matching the correct colours on the TVs, a door will unlock, unveiling the new area. Demolish the nine mannequins with the help of the katana. When you leave the area, you’ll notice another mannequin holding the first Cassette Tape.
Cassette Tape 2
You have to solve another puzzle for the second tape. Take the green door after exiting the red room. You’ll notice a concert stage beside the display glass in this room.
This also requires fixing mannequins to unlock the second tape. Make sure to remove the bodies while you’re at it. Once you’re done organising things, the light will be out and a subtle music will start playing. Once the light is back, you’ll find the second cassette tape on the stage floor.
Cassette Tape 3
Remember that you found the first tape inside the room with a red door?
You need to head to that room for the third cassette tape as well. Use the door on your right and enter the room. You’ll notice there are ducks directly ahead of you and a stair heading upwards. Move towards the stairs by jumping over the barriers.
Use the door on your right and walk through the corridor. Finally, you’ll see the third cassette tape lying on the floor beside a box.
Cassette Tape 4
Walk into the room just unlocked to get the final cassette in this mission. Make sure you don’t forget to get the Katana, as it is the key to triggering an event. You’ll find mannequins appearing around you, and you’ll have to use the Katana to beat them. Once you’re down-slicing through them, a door will open.
Enter through the door to find another mammequin holding the final cassette for you. Once all the cassettes are collected, you can continue cleaning the scene. There is an essential cleaning skill in the Crime Scene Cleaner which will be specifically helpful for this mission, as the Modern Art Museum is a massive place.
