Chief Bloodfiend is located inside Rivermouth Cave. If you haven’t reached this location yet, you can get here by making your way either south of Temple Town Ruins or southwest of Northern Nameless Mausoleum. The exact location of Rivermouth Cave is marked on the map above. You will reach a cliff that has several stone platforms below. Make your way down slowly till you reach the ground below, then keep running to the right side while sticking to the wall to locate the cave entrance
Once you reach inside the cave, make your way down the passage. The path is pretty linear, so you won’t have a lot of trouble trying to find the boss’s location. Defeating him will reward you with 80,000 Runes and Bloodfiend Hexer’s Ashes
