To find the door puzzle, make your way to 3382, -4784 in Chalk Peak. Just at the edge of the road you will spot the door inscription puzzle, east of Tall Grass Inn. Interact with the strange inscription doll in the middle of the puzzle area, and then you will spot all the surrounding doors have differently colored portals. To solve the puzzle, go through the blue door, then the red door, then the yellow door
If done correctly, you will get the loot crate as a reward. The crate will contain some rare rewards like the controller and the Triangle Grip weapon accessory, amongst other things.
