Infinity Ward had declared long ago that Warzone 2.0 is not connected to Warzone. It is a fresh experience and shares the experience with Modern Warfare 2 (2022). Therefore, even if you are a veteran player, you must start things from zero and progress. You can’t carry any cosmetic items from any previous COD titles to Warzone 2.
In previous years, Warzone got many famous collaborations, and players have purchased Operator bundles to get those operator skins. All your previous progress is stored and can be accessed through Warzone: Caldera. This is what the developers have said. But there’s no way to get them in Warzone 2.0. You can share things between Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0.

Though Skins can’t be carried over to Warzone 2, CoD Points can be carried over to Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 from the previous titles. Log into your Activision account on the same Platform you have purchased them, and they will automatically come to these new installments. However, if you change your console or Platform to play Warzone 2 or Modern Warfare 2, you can’t get the COD Points too, as they are restricted to the Platform they have purchased.
